What we collect
One thing: the email address you give us when you join the waitlist, together with the time you signed up. We collect it only when you submit the form, for the single purpose stated next to it. We do not collect names, locations, device fingerprints, or behavioral data, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
Cookies
None. We set no cookies and store nothing in your browser. There is no banner to dismiss because there is nothing to consent to — the site simply doesn't track you.
How we use your email
To tell you about Sword Tag early access, launch dates, and founding-player perks. That's it. We don't sell, rent, or share your email with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You can unsubscribe from any email we send via the link in its footer, and you can ask us at any time to show you, correct, or permanently delete the data we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@swordtag.gamesand we'll act on the request within 30 days. If you're in the EU/EEA, UK, or California, these rights are backed by GDPR and CCPA respectively.
Storage & retention
Waitlist emails are stored with Brevo, our email service provider, which processes them on our behalf and on our instructions only. Emails are kept until launch plus 12 months, or until you ask us to delete yours — whichever comes first. If our storage provider or this policy changes in a way that affects your data, we'll email you before it takes effect.
